Operations Manager – Cleona Branch
The Operations Manager is responsible for managing the activities of the Operations Department, including deposit services, loan services, and electronic banking. This individual will direct the human resource functions of the department such as hiring, training, scheduling, conducting performance reviews, and distributing work. Qualifications include 5+ years' related financial institution experience and a thorough understanding of banking products, services, and procedures. Management experience, excellent oral and written communication skills, strong analytical skills and working knowledge of Word and Excel are required. The position requires sufficient knowledge of applicable laws and regulations, and the ability to develop written policies and procedures to ensure compliance. Customer contact skills are required for dealing with both internal and external customers, along with excellent problem solving skills. Advanced knowledge of deposit, loan, IRA, and electronic banking products, and experience with Jack Henry banking systems preferred.

Commercial Loan Specialist
The Commercial Loan Specialist is responsible for performing a variety of complex clerical and secretarial duties to support the commercial lending function of the Bank. This individual will also need to ensure delivery of Bank on a Smile® service to all JBT customers, vendors, and the public.

Full-Time Teller III – Newmanstown Branch
The Teller position is responsible for providing exceptional Bank on a Smile® service to all JBT customers, vendors, and the public. This individual must be knowledgeable of bank regulations, policies and procedures. Customer service experience and strong communication skills are required.

Part-Time Teller – Jonestown Branch
The Teller position is responsible for providing exceptional Bank on a Smile® service to all JBT customers, vendors, and the public. This individual must be knowledgeable of bank regulations, policies and procedures. Customer service experience and strong communication skills are required.

Part-Time Loan Servicing Technician I
The Loan Servicing Technician is responsible for performing a variety of duties relating to the servicing of the bank's loan portfolio. This is a part-time position requiring a 3 hour-shift per day and is flexible Monday through Friday.

Part-Time Teller I – Lebanon Branch
The Teller position is responsible for providing exceptional Bank on a Smile® service to all JBT customers, vendors, and the public. This individual must be knowledgeable of bank regulations, policies and procedures. Customer service experience and strong communication skills are required.

Commercial Lender – Lebanon Branch
The Commercial Lender position is responsible for developing new business and the structuring, underwriting, and closing of commercial loans; as well as monitoring, maintaining, and servicing an existing client portfolio. Qualifications include 4+ years of experience as a commercial loan officer at a financial institution with a thorough understanding of commercial lending, banking laws, regulations and bank policies and procedures. This individual will also need to ensure delivery of Bank on a Smile® service to all JBT customers, vendors, and the public.
