As a JBT Visa Debit Cardholder, your online transactions are secured with Visa. Visa recently enhanced its security for online purchases making the experience easier and more seamless while protecting you from fraud. There are two ways to report a fraudulent transaction on your JBT Visa Debit Card. 1) Contact the JBT Card Dispute Team, Monday through Friday 9:00am to 8:00pm Eastern time at 1-855-903-8401. 2) Enter your dispute information online here. No need to fill out any paperwork or sign any forms. We take care of it all for you. Once you file your dispute, the Card Dispute Team will keep you up-to-date during the dispute investigation process. IMPORTANT VISA DEBIT CARD TRAVEL TIP
Our anti-fraud program stays on top of out-of-the-ordinary JBT Visa Debit Card charges. So if you're planning to use your JBT Visa Debit Card as you travel, call this number first: 717-274-5180 (Option 1). Or, you can also notify us through Card Managment in your JBT Digital Banking Suite. Contacting us using either method will make sure your debit card purchases won't be annoyingly blocked due to your traveling activity. With good communication before you leave, your trip can be as enjoyable as possible.
